RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you aren't overjoyed with your purchase, of course you have the option to return it!
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send it back to us within the timeframe below.
All shoe purchases may be returned for a refund as long as it's still in sellable condition. The item should be unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or smells, and must be in its original packaging within 30 days of the date purchased.
All clothing purchases may be returned for a store credit as long as it's still in sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or smells). The original tags must still be attatched to the garments. Clothing returns must be sent back within 14 business days.
Any merchandise reduced from the original price is considered a final sale and will not be accepted for a return. If you're returning a pair of shoes or boots, we need the box back. Please don't use the shoe box as the shipping box. Put it in another box before you stick the return label on. If you fail to follow these directions, we will not be able to accept the return and won't issue a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage. We will not process returns until your item is received by us. We will not accept any return outside of the exchange period. Any merchandise marked down from it's original price is considered a final sale and is labeled as sale.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the standards above.
